1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tanvalco FX platform, web application, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Tanvalco FX at any time.

3. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and 2FA credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Investment Risks

All investments, including algorithmic trading and cryptocurrency holdings, carry inherent risks. Past performance of our investment portfolios is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that any capital deployed through our platform is subject to market volatility, and you assume full responsibility for any financial loss.

5. Trading & Escrow Policies

Users engaging in the P2P Marketplace agree to act in good faith. Escrowed assets will only be released when both parties confirm the transaction terms have been met. Attempting to defraud the escrow system or submitting false payment proofs will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tanvalco FX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international financial laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
